Help Needed : Survey for my project

Hello,

There were many of you who were absent from school last week.
I was supposed to give those absentees a survey for my project work. However, I had forgotten about it.
If you were absent, kindly help me to answer these questions. Just write the answer when you post a comment to this post.

1) Why were you on MC?
2) When were you on MC? (If you cannot remember, it is ok. I do have the records)
3) Did you come in contact with someone who is sick? Yes / No
4) Were you involved in any outdoor activities before you got sick?
5) Did you eat unhealthy food before falling sick? (Choose the group)
* Group 1 - ice cream/ sweets/ chocolates

Plant will grow towards sunlight

I have one potted plant which I bought it sometime last year.

I placed it along my house corridor.
Look at the picture.

The pot is not placed in a slanted manner. It is "standing" upright. However, look at my plant. It is growing in a slanted way. On the left of the picture is where the direction of sunlight is entering the corridor.
What does this show?

Broad Bean Seed

I gave each of you one seed on Thursday.
Yesterday, Jin Hao brought the "fruit" which bore those seeds. For those of you who did not manage to see, look at the photos below.

Thank you Jin Hao. Hope you can take a photo of this tree so that the rest of 4J will be able to see how the adult plant looks like.

LEAD Portal

You had hands-on session using LEAD to do your online work.

From now on, I will give you online homework for your revision. You will be given about a week to complete online assignment.

Steps to follow:
(1) Type http://www.lead.com.sg
(2) Type your IC/BC Number under Login ID.
(3) Type ATS (All in capital letters) under School ID.
(4) Type learning under password.

If you have problem logging in, alert me immediately. I will try and resolve it as soon as I can.
